Despite what could have been a disastrous year for the real estate market here in Mid-Michigan; market conditions remained very healthy for the year.
Available inventory maintained historically low levels all year long. This lead to multiple offers on the majority of listings and it meant that buyers had to write strong offers and get creative about how to make their offers stand out from their competition.
Whew! It turned out to be a rather frantic year even with the lockdowns in spring, social distancing, and restrictions in just about every avenue of life.
We would like to take a moment and celebrate our clients that are closing out the year making moves. Whether buying, selling, or doing both...they defintely experienced a unique real estate transaction!
