TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS MARKET
I am simply saying that if selling your home has been a thought or it is likely to happen some time in the near future...you should consider that possibility now.
How would you feel if I had information for you and didn't share it? As a full-time professional real estate agent who works in and on the market every day, I can see trends in buyer activity, values, and external influences that may have an impact on local market conditions.
I feel it is my duty to share that information with you. NOW is the time to consider getting your home on the market. 2018 is going to shape up to be another record year in Mid-Michigan's real estate market and it just might be the last year in this rising trend.
Government officials all over the State of Michigan are working to solve the existing housing shortage. IF they are able to solve the housing shortage- this means that buyer demand will see a dip. Low inventories and very high demand are the two major factors driving this market. Your home's value will see a decline if one or both of those factors are reduced or mitigated altogether.
Don't be a victim of market timing...again.
Click below to determine if NOW is the time to get your home on the market and to get it SOLD.
