My Favorite Bike Shop
Biking is a great sport you can do to exercise and relax while spending time outside. It’s also a great family activity. Mid-Michigan is known for awesome trails and some small BMX and dirt jump courses. I have a terrific place to go for anything and everything related to my bikes. It’s called House of Wheels. They’re well known in the biking world and can fix and repair anything. They’re located at 814 W Main Street in Owosso.
I recently stopped by House of Wheels and had a great talk with Trevor Morris. Trevor's Dad, Rick started the family bike business and have been in business in West Town Owosso since 1972. Rick began by fixing neighbors’ bikes in their driveway. As business accelerated, he opened a storefront.
What’s cool about House of Wheels is you can walk in the back door and walk through the repair area. This is something unique to them. Most bike shops do not give customers access to the repair area. I asked Trevor what keeps people coming back time and time again to House of Wheels. He enthusiastically expressed that they like to see people smile. House of Wheels is known in the industry to being fast and affordable. The customers of House of Wheels are generational. Kids grow up to be parents and bring their kids to the shop.
Whether you need a tune up or a new set of wheels, head to House of Wheels. Bicycle enthusiasts of all kinds and every age will find something special at the House of Wheels. Rick Morris and the team sincerely treat their customers like family and love bicycling of all kinds.
