2014 was the year that I redesigned, rebuilt, and reimagined what it was that my business was to bring to the table for my clients. As a result, we realized a 100% (yes, that's double) growth in sales over the previous year.
Simply put: I improved (I'm not done yet) my ability to list AND sell homes. The list of improvements is long but some highlights are:

- This year I completed a 9 week intense sales and customer service course that only 1% of the nation's real estate agents are invited and successfully complete
- I also recently completed a course that earned me the nationally recognized designation of Seller Representative Specialist (SRS)
